WADADAH ENDED Boys' Town's fairytale run in the Jamaica National Building Society Federation Cup KO, by eliminating them 1-0 at Harbour View's Mini Stadium yesterday.
An ugly incident started by a spectator who hit Boys' Town's midfielder Marvin Morgan with an object marred the event. Morgan retaliated by picking up an object and hurling it back at the spectator in the stand. Then hordes of his team's supporters joined the action and pelted and kicked the offender several times, before police restrained the crowd and escorted the man from the ground.

Ottey: IAAF asked me to withdraw
LONDON (Reuters): FORMER world 200 metres champion Merlene Ottey has alleged she was asked by athletics' world governing body to withdraw from last year's world championships to avoid a drugs scandal.
The 39-year-old Jamaican is currently embroiled in a fight with the International Amateur Athletic Federation (IAAF) after testing positive for the banned steroid nandrolone at a meeting in the Swiss city of Lucerne last July.
Walker, Clarke shine at KC meet

NATIONAL JUNIOR representatives, Melaine Walker of St.Jago High and Ryan Clarke of Kingston College, produced very good times to highlight the third Youngster Goldsmith Hurdles and Field Events Classic at Kingston College on Saturday.
Walker won the Class 2 100 metre hurdles final in a scorching 13.8 seconds while Clarke clocked 51.9 seconds.
